Taboo 4: Overload operation
Consequences: Overloading refers to forced operation under load of 110% or more of the rated load of the elevator. This is not allowed. Overloading can cause mechanical deformation, car tilting and other problems, and repair is more difficult. Measures: Automatic elevators have weighing and overload warning devices. These devices can be adjusted to avoid overload operation. The alarm will be automatically activated when overloaded, preventing the elevator from starting up
